Project Description: Providing logistical support for the formation of a statewide association of nonprofit organizations

Scope of Work:

1. Communicating with members and other organizations as necessary
2. Organizing, facilitating and documenting input at a series of town meetings and other meetings as necessary
3. Providing staff support to the Organizing Committee
4. Assisting in the development of materials and publications
5. Designing and implementing a communications and
   public relations program
6. Conducting research, performing analysis, preparing reports

Project Description: Serving as Development Coordinator for the Wyoming Housing Network, Inc., a new statewide nonprofit organization to address affordable housing and community development

Scope of Work:

1. Assist in developing an understanding of local communities
2. Organize a successful partnership of key individuals and institutions, including local government, financial institutions, community-based organizations, other nonprofit organizations and residents
3. Support market analysis activities through the gathering of qualitative data and providing research, information and materials as needed
4. Assist the management consultant in planning an overall development strategy for the program and ensure a major initiative to implement each phase of the program as scheduled
1. Provide logistical support for board meetings, committee meetings, workshops and key events
2. Act as a spokesperson for the development activities or refer inquiries to appropriate parties
3. Provide promotional materials as needed an coordinate marketing to appropriate audiences
5. Assist in identifying and raising human and financial resources to support organizational activities

Economic Development Incentive Policy – conducted research, provided templates and facilitated a planning meeting for the development of an incentive policy for the Yuma County Economic Development Corporation, Yuma , CO (2003)

Economic Impact Analysis – Conducted an economic impact analysis to evaluate a proposal for a mixed-use development for the City of Holyoke, CO (2002)
